Do you only work with beauty brands?
No. We automate repetitive work for any business. E-commerce beauty brands are where we go deepest, so if that's you, we already know your tools, your stock problems and your customers' questions.
What happens in the free audit?
A 30-minute call about how your team works. We name the two or three jobs worth automating first and the ones to leave alone. You keep the plan whether or not you hire us.
Why is the founding build free?
Because we're new. A real result we can show other businesses is worth more to us right now than a fee. The scope is fixed in a short written agreement, so there are no surprises later.
Will the AI act on its own?
Only where you agree it should. Anything that spends money, like a supplier order or a refund, is drafted for a person on your team to approve.
How do you keep our data safe?
We use read-only access wherever possible, through each tool's own permission settings. We never ask for passwords, and you can remove our access at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
What happens after the 30-day pilot?
We review the results together. If it's working, you can keep it running on a flat monthly plan, with the price agreed in writing before the pilot starts. If not, we remove our access and you keep everything we built.
